You don't need Navy Seals (Or better still, the S.A.S.)
All you need is a computer programer who knows the basics of computer programing.
We also need regulators who don't have double standards. Every week there are hundreds of TV programmes uploaded that are clearly copyright (Wresting and Soccer for example)and allowed to stay in the listing. Similarly we have recently had porn and bestiality uploaded un-noticed.
Dare to upload a non-PD movie and suddenly everybody panics. If you can't regulate the website, close it down until everything is checked before appearing in the lists.
If the BBC knew how many of its programmes get through the net they would have the site closed down in no time.
